I’m Jk Allen (J=James), the Hustler behind The Notebook. I’m DETERMINED to fully execute my mission of providing you with experience-based, value-rich content in the domain of personal and professional development.

Why the name “The Hustler’s Notebook?” Well, I’m a hustler; a go getter. I’m motivated, focused and determined to create the most favorable outcomes possible. I operate with integrity and have a drive easily described by the word hustle.

If I haven’t lived it, then I won’t write about it. My goal is to help as many people as possible recognize their immeasurable potential in life and business. You’ll find that my style is to cut right to the core and avoid the fluff that stands in the way.

• I’m an intrapreneur. Although employed, I operate as an individual business unit, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Side Hustle. I run GrowthEffect.com, a web design and digital marketing agency.
• I enjoy learning, working out, sports,and playing video games (fading to a rarity).
• Attended Colorado State University; graduated in 2003.
• I love networking and building relationships with like-minded people that offer different perspectives and experience.
